IDAF helping youth& women to develop new skills, by giving them access to relevant vocational & non vocational training and connecting them with employers& entrepreneurship.  We enable them to take control of their own careers and lives, and to help their families break out of the cycle of poverty. So far we have impacted 2000 Youth in certified training & 100 women in financial literacy & employability under IDAF Academy. IDAF Academy is dedicated skill building center where regular courses are being run for all. One of the major focus areas of this programme is bringing up the life of women & children from marginalized section like Slums & minority, SC /ST by engaging them in formal learning process. IDAF also work for women entrepreneurship programme where SHGs & other potential women are being identified to enroll to become e-Women as change agent.  IDAF also work for Right to Education to support children from rural & slums & provide them all items required to continue their education. IDAF also work for Child Rights & Women Rights through Social Media Advocacy programme.
